UK Delivery and Costs

• All deliveries in the UK are by first Class Royal Mail although Special Deliveries are available if requested. Our packaging is designed to fit through a standard UK letter box.
• Orders placed by 3pm (weekdays) will be despatched that same day.
• Orders placed by 10.30am on Saturday will be despatched that day. Orders taken after 10.30am on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched first thing on Monday morning.
• Special Delivery is available – Royal Mail aim to deliver the next day by 1pm (outlying areas of the UK may take longer) for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm.
• Special Delivery on a Saturday (order must be placed before 1pm on a Friday).
• All Special Deliveries require a signature on delivery.

International Delivery & Costs

For USA and Canada deliveries, we offer the option to use Fedex which guarantees next day delivery to anywhere in the USA and Canada for orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Thursday. The cost of using Fedex is just £10.99 per shipment

• For International Deliveries (including USA and Canada not using Fedex),we ship by airmail using Royal Mail or by one of our approved carriers.
• There are 2 postal zones, Europe and Rest of World. The delivery time depends upon which zone you are in.

*maximum content in a delivery bag is 2 X Cast Socks and 1 X Cast Protector (leg or arm).
