Refunds and Returns
The Shower Protectors and Cast Socks from Medicare Solutions Limited are delivered with user instructions. There is a Well Being information sheet on the website that explains how to take care of your Cast Socks and Shower Protector and safety instructions.
If the Cast Socks and/or Shower Protector prove to be faulty other than through not following the user instructions and safety procedures, a replacement product will be provided if it is returned within 14 days of purchase to: Customer Services, Medicare Solutions Limited, 72 Towngate, Eccleston, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 5QR. This does not affect your statutory rights. All original packaging and materials including instructional, and any other materials in the original delivery must be returned with the product(s) you purchased. We will then replace the original product(s) purchased with new ones if, after verification, we find the products to be faulty. We will acknowledge by email if the goods are to be replaced.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds if the product has been worn.
Incorrect Product Delivered
Contact us via e-mail at email@example.com if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size or colour to what you ordered. The Cast Socks and / or Shower Protector must be unworn and should be returned with all the original packaging and the original invoice within 14 days of the original purchase. We will pay any associated fees and shipping costs for delivery of your replacement goods.
